The MDS-AM15 is an 81GHz radar level transmitter based on the Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) principle. It accurately calculates the distance to the material surface, and subsequently the material level, by emitting electromagnetic waves and analyzing the frequency difference between the transmitted and reflected signals.
Application
reaction vessels, high-pressure steam, foaming media, crystallizing substances and hygienic liquid applications also suitable for monitoring the level of solid materials.
